Prices listed are in US dollars. Credit card orders are accepted online (fastest and most secure option), by phone, traditional mail or e-mail. AirPodCleaner accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Note: When ordering online, an option exists to choose the following credit cards after proceeding to checkout from your shopping cart page. This method insures your privacy by not storing any sensitive information here.
Order Online:
Placing an item in your shopping cart does NOT commit you to purchasing it. Once you've placed an item in your shopping cart, you can choose to place the order immediately OR continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can return to your shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail once submitted(usually within 24 hours). A FedEx shipment tracking notice will also be sent once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Note: When using PayPal to complete your purchase, it is protected through the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) and 128 bits of encryption (the highest level commercially available). All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five (5) working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We will however assist you in any way possible to help you process your claim. Holiday Shipping – Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season. Free Product Offers – Any free product offers with purchase will be shipped separately via FedEx Ground at no additional charge. P.O. Boxes – Because we generally ship via FedEx ground, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address. Overseas Orders – Orders shipped outside the continental United may entail additional shipping charges please contact us before placing your order. Alaska, Hawaii and Army Post Office (APO) Addresses – Alaska, Hawaii, and APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order. Shipping Disclaimer – Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before your order is processed for final approval. Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Minnesota. Minnesota law requires we charge a 6.5% sales tax.
If you receive the wrong product or it is damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to resolve the problem. If you don’t receive a product within 10 business days of the shipping date, please let us know and we can either give you a credit or resend the order. We do ask if the orders cross in the mail that you return the replacement order in it’s original packaging or something similar to protect the product from damage so we can resell it. If you are not satisfied with the product, return requests for refund are to be made within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping is responsibility of consumer. You may do so via email or our customer service line 1-888-699-9799. You will receive an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from the phone agent or by email which you must write on the shipping label. Refund Requirements: Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Merchandise that has been damaged, cosmetically or otherwise, by purchaser and/or result of misuse will NOT be accepted for refund. Shipping Returned Merchandise: Returned merchandise must be shipped at purchasers expense only if done after 30 days from when you received it and you have received a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from AirPodCleaner.com. You may send back your AirPodCleaner product via, USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. No merchandise will be accepted COD or collect. AirPodCleaner warrants air purifiers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation and use for a period of three-five (3-5) years, from the date of original purchase. Under the terms of the warranty, AirPodCleaner will repair or replace any defective part(s) free of charge. Note: See each product details for specifics of the warranty period covered. Upon discovery of a product defect, within the warranty period, you should immediately notify AirPodCleaner via telephone or email to obtain product return and shipping instructions. You should send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase date and a description of the defect. The warranty does NOT include unusual wear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use and also does not include replacement filters, bulbs, aroma scent nor other disposable parts and supplies. AirPodCleaner recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and visitors. No information provided to us by our site visitors or clients is ever shared with any outside party unless we are specifically authorized to do so by you or as so required by State or Federal Statute upon service of a duly authorized and executed subpoena. AirPodCleaner does NOT use "cookies" or any other internet technology to automatically collect personal information from visitors to our web site. Moreover, personal information, including but not limited to your name, e-mail and postal address, phone number, fax number, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), services purchased and client data, is NOT sold or otherwise provided to any third party. In the event we decide to change any aspect of our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
